Big boy bed!

So we finally moved Carter to a bog boy bed a few weeks ago! He had never complained or climbed out of his crib, so we never moved him, but we decided it was about time. Fortunatly his crib converted into a bed boy bed, so all we had to do was get a matress and bedding. Carter was super excited and I was feeling a little sentimental about saying bye to the crib.




And I had to include this picture. I don't know why, but Carter likes poor Fredrick DeShawn to be naked. Everytime I get him dresses, I find his back this way!

Fantastic Friday!

Carter and I had a busy, but fun day today! First we went to the library for storytime. Carter loved the puppet show they put on! After that we rushed to Carter's tumbling class. He had fun jumping on the trampoline and practicing his straddle rolls! Then it was off to meet Sharon and baby Drew for lunch. Carter LOVES baby Drew! He likes to tickle his feet! Drew likes grabbung at Carter's face!

After lunch we checked out the new pottery painting place in The Colony. It was neat! Carter and I painted a plate! I will post a picture after we get it back!

Thursday fun!

Carter and I met Missy, Colin, Colton, Julie and Ben for lunch and fountain fun! I really wish they would build an area like this in Frisco, it's so fun!

We ate a yummy lunch at Blue Goose. Carter and Colin had so much fun together being silly!

Today at the pool the water got progressivly deeper and Carter found himself starting to panic a little as it went over his head. I quickly helped him and he said, "Mommy, that scared me, I was melting into the water!"

Whoo hoo!

Carter read his 10 books and turned in his summer reading log at the library. He didn't want to give it to the girl a first, he loved filling it out every night!

Today Carter and I went tohis friend Cade's house for a playdate. When we got there Carter and Cade immediatly started playing. While they were playing, I heard Carter tell Cade, "That's my mommy over there. She is nice." I don't know why, but I found it so stinkin cute. I love my boy.
