I told Carter if he sat still during his haircut, I would get him an ice cream cone. It worked and he was so happy to get his blue ice cream cone!

Chelsi: Hi there! I am beginning my eleventh year of teaching this year and I am excited about starting it at Smith Elementary! I have experience teaching 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th gades as well as working as a Dyslexia teacher. I love teaching and desire my students to love to learn and to walk away from my room with great number sense! When I'm not teaching I love spending time with my hudband of ten years, Kris and our two awesome kids, Carter who it 5 and Abby who turned one in April. I also have 2 fur baby beagles, Wrigley and Fenway. I love to take pictures, shop, be outside and am happiest when I am with my family and friends. It's going to be a great year!
