Fantastic Friday!

Carter and I had a busy, but fun day today! First we went to the library for storytime. Carter loved the puppet show they put on! After that we rushed to Carter's tumbling class. He had fun jumping on the trampoline and practicing his straddle rolls! Then it was off to meet Sharon and baby Drew for lunch. Carter LOVES baby Drew! He likes to tickle his feet! Drew likes grabbung at Carter's face!

After lunch we checked out the new pottery painting place in The Colony. It was neat! Carter and I painted a plate! I will post a picture after we get it back!

Thursday fun!

Carter and I met Missy, Colin, Colton, Julie and Ben for lunch and fountain fun! I really wish they would build an area like this in Frisco, it's so fun!

We ate a yummy lunch at Blue Goose. Carter and Colin had so much fun together being silly!

This is blurry because I was experimenting with some focusing techniques, but I had in include it because I thought it was so cute. Colin fell down and Carter helped him up, it was so sweet!

Today at the pool the water got progressivly deeper and Carter found himself starting to panic a little as it went over his head. I quickly helped him and he said, "Mommy, that scared me, I was melting into the water!"

Whoo hoo!

Carter read his 10 books and turned in his summer reading log at the library. He didn't want to give it to the girl a first, he loved filling it out every night!

Today Carter and I went tohis friend Cade's house for a playdate. When we got there Carter and Cade immediatly started playing. While they were playing, I heard Carter tell Cade, "That's my mommy over there. She is nice." I don't know why, but I found it so stinkin cute. I love my boy.

Always an adventure...

Everytime Erica and I do something an adventure seems to fold out, and today was no different! We had planned to meet in Allen, go shopping at the outlet mall, Water's Creek, go to dinner and then play in the fountains by Purple Cow with Shawna. Things started out okay...

The kids had fun playing on the bus outside of the Coach store.
Well, Emma had not been feeling well, and started feeling worse by the minute. Erica decided to follow her mommy's intuition and take her to the Care Now 2 miles away. Meanwhile, I hung out with Carter and Ella. We finished walking around the outlet mall, then went to McDonalds for an icecream/play break. While at McDonalds I got the call from Erica that sweet Em tested positive for Strep Throat, poor girl! Erica ran and got her perscription and then we all met at Chuys for our dinner.

Emmy is all smiles and feeling a little better!

Erica decided to skip out on the fountains, but Carter and I still met up with everyone and let me tell you it was SO fun! I told Kris I want to move to Allen, they have the neatest set up! Carter got to play for a little while and then it was time for the light show!

Carter was SO excited when the light show started because they played his FAVORITE song, "Love Story" first! He sang every word and was sooooo serious about it!
