Spirit Day!

Today was spirit day at Carter's preschool. Fun times!

Carter called me over to look at his building he made- he was so proud! He had 10 blocks stacked, but knocked them over before I could get a picture. He was concentrating so hard! Please excuse his mismatched outfit...he didn't want to take his "car pants" off after his nap....and I think he has cookie on his face too- what a little mess!

New backpack!

My mom ordered Carter a new backpack and lunchbox for school before school started and it just recently came in. He loves his dino backpack. Thanks Ma!

Future soccer star?

Today at the store Carter picked out a new Diego soccer ball. He had SO much fun playing with it at the park today. He was SO focused and chased it around kicking it for so long, I was pretty impressed. I think I may have a soccer star on my hands! Ready for some soccer fun!

Weekend Getaway

I taggedalong with my family plus Erica for a weekend getaway. They were headed there so they could go to a Pat Green concert and my dad could go to the Texas game. I was a big baby and didn't want to leave Carter (since I leave him every day working) so he and I hung out Friday night while they were at the concert and we had a fun day hanging out Saturday with mom mom and Erica.

We stopped to use the bathroon and I saw these big from statues. He was so scared of the. He kept saying, "Scare me" but still I made him get a pictures. Mean mommy!

Since Carter woke up at the crack of dawn, I decided to be nice and let everyone else sleep. I took Carter to the airport observation area. It was neat, but I guess Saturday morning isn't apopular flight time....we only saw a few planes.

After everyone was awake, we met Beth and baby Lakelyn. It was so great to finally meet Lakelyn!
