Put this one towards my mother of the year award..

I had this grand idea to get some cute pictures of Carter in the snow in his polar bear shirt, cute, right? Well, he had other thoughts about it. The whole time he kept yelling, "I'm cold!" and I kept saying, "Well, if you smile, we'll be finished" Mother of the year, right. Needless to say, these are the best I got, a far cry from what I had envisioned and now the snow is gone, oh well, there'e always next year!

Snow Day!

Carter woke up to a winter wonderland this morning and it kept on coming! I got up and found out that school was closed, yipee! We spent all morning in our jammies hanging out and after naptime we played in the snow! I couldn't believe all the snow. It wasn't the snow/ice mix I am used to here in Texas, this was fluffy snow, pefect for playing in!

Go Mavs!

We went to the Mavs game Friday night and Carter loved it! I have already talked about Carter's new obsession with basketball, so this was right up his alley! We hadn't been to a game since he was about 10 months old, so this was all new to him! To top it off, his favorite people joined us at the game: Ma, Colt Erica, Sam, Cade, Carson, Emma and Ella! When we got up to our seats, Carter said, "I want to go down there and play basketball with them. " Too cute! After halftime we went to the giftshop and Carter insisted on getting a jersey like Carsons. I gave in and got it for him and he walked around and thought he was sooooo cool!
