Houston Road Trip: First stop, Alex's house!

Carter and I made our first solo road trip down to Houston to visit all of my wonderful friends. We had such a great time.....makes me wish Houston was closer to Dallas. Carter did pretty good on the way there.....but even better on the way home since he slept most of the way!! I am breaking the trip up, since we were SO busy. Our first stopwat to Pearland to visit my precious college roomate Alex and her sweet husband (who spoiled us) and precious little girl, Isabella. We had fun with the kids and more fun when they went to sleep. We watched Bride Wars and chatted just like we see each other every day. It's so good to have great friends!





























Carter and I stopped at this huge gas staion, Buckie's on the way. Carter loved the big bear out front.

When we got to Alex's we went for a swim in her awesome neighborhood pool. The kids had a blast!
