Kris and I lived in the Houston area the first year we were married. I taught in Katy and made some aesome friends. I decided to make a trip down there with Carterto visit everyone. We had a fabulous time! I took SO many pictures, and I narrowed them down in the post below!! 
Carter was pretty good on the drive down. It was the first trip that we have made by ourselves. We stopped at Buckees and Carter posed on the big bear!
He FINALL fell asleep for about an hour and a half...not long enough!!
Our firststop was to Alex, Brian and Isabella's house in Pearland. Alex was my roomate in college. She's one of those friends that you can see once a year, but feel like you had just seen them yesterday. We had fun when the kids were awake......and then had fun talking (and watching Bride Wars) when they were asleep!
We went swimming with Alex and Isabella in their aesome neighborhood pool
Here is Carter sitting in time out........we had some trouble with him hitting/pushing Isabella- how sad!
We had fun playing in the backyard too. Aren't Isabella's eyes to die for?

The next day we met my other college roomate Kimmie, I met her in Herman Park and we rode the train!
Kimmie earned browniepoint with Carter by helping him find big rocks to throw in the water!
Our next stop was Katy. We spent 3 night with Ella, Cole and Chase. We were BUSY, as you will see. It was SO much fun! Carter and Cole became the best of buddies. The had such a great time hunting for monsters with flashlights!!
I finally got to meet sweetbaby Chase. He is the sweetest little guy!!
He had just learned to crawl!!
Carter and Cole had a blast being monkeys jumping on Cole's bed!

On Monday we woke up and went to play at the mall. Chase is saying Looser!
Carter showed Cold how fun it is to drive the car strollers!
Oh no!!

Then we rode the carosel! Cole and Carter have their coins!
Whee!!
The it was home for naps and then off to the beach!!! Carter is ready to hit the beach!
Cole is too!
Our stuff is loade and ready to go!

Wednesday before we leftwe went to Nicole's house for breakfast. We got a tour of her awesome new house and had a nice time visiting! 
We had a great drive home. Carter slept alomst the whole way and we only stopped once!! This is what his arm looked like when we pulled into the garage. Thanks for the stamps Ella, they provided great entertainment!
