Gotta love the bowling shoes! Carter was a little weary about wearing them at first, but once he saw Colt had them on, he was game!
My mom had to tie mine as it is getting hard to reach my shoes!
He chose a red bowling ball.
It was heavy, but he insisted on carrying it by himself.

Colt's turn.
Carter was so cute when it was his first time to go. He marched right up there and threw the bowling ball down the lane. I have a video I need to attach. He threw it hard, but it veered to the gutter at the end.
I could see that Carter was getting frustrated, (as you can see in this photo) so I went and got the little frame to help him out.
Pop's turn.
He loved pushing the frame up to the lane all by himself.

This worked out much better for him, at least for a while..
Pops and Colt
So, all was going well with the frame until Carter decided that he wanted to know all the pins down every time. Here he is trying to get the last pin down...
He threw the bowling ball down and sat down and pouted like this.....after a stern talking to and a missed turn, he get out of his funk......but let's just say it wasn't smooth sailing the rest of the second game, he is just soooo competitive. It was a good lesson in not haivng to be perfect every time!
