Weekly Recap

On Monday we started the day going to a program at the library.
The place was a madhouse, but the kids enjoyed watcing David Chicken sing and really loved when he brought out his dog!

Then we headed to the Stewarts house. Long story as to why, but Erica had a really cool embroidery machine and I had all sorts of hope for making lots of cute things....not so much, I coudn't even get the thing threaded! Man!

We had a great time anyway and Carter LOVED playing over their house. He has asked me every day since when we can go again...he doesn't understand that they live almost an hour away!
Tuesday we had a pretty calm day. We didn't go anywere all morning because Abby slept until 1:30.....I actually woke her up at 1:30 because I was worried about her! She was fine when she woke up, just really hungry...I don't know what that was all about! I figured we better do someting otherwise she might not go to sleep that night, so we went for a swim at the neighborhood pool.
Wednesday, my good friend Angela was in town with her family, so we met them at the zoo. We had a great time and it was so good seeing her and her sweet family!

Thursday we met Shawna and her boys at their neighborhood pool. The kids had a blast playing for hours and we all got a little red! Carter and Gage Carter doing ninja moves

On Friday we went to Carter's friend Cade's house to celebrate his birthday. We weren't going to be able to make it to his party, so we celebrated Friday! Happy Birthday Cade! Abby enjoyed her second popsicle!
