Over the last week Carter has gotten some "battle wounds" from all his trials (and errors) at standing. It seems like everything in his world has changed functions. They have all changed into something he can use to help stand. On Saturday he was trying to pull up on the closet doors. He lost his balance and hit his head on the hinge on the door and got a pretty big bruise. Poor baby! He was pretty tough and after a little comfort from mommy, he was off trying to do it again. It has been so fun to watch his personality come out. I can already tell that he is going to be a VERY determined little boy.

I had to add this shot of Carter crawling. He has such a funny way of crawling! He keeps his right knees bent under him, and uses his left foot to move forward.
