15 months

It's hard to believe but Carter is 15 months! He is learning new things every day and is mastering the skill of fit throwing. He makes his wants known! He is also extremely silly and super sweet. He has really been loving the pool this summer and is quite the fish. Here are a few things you should know about my 15 month old.

I have really enjoyed my time home with Carter this summer. I only have 2 weeks before I have to go back to school- boo! We have gotten into a great routine. Carter is like a little alarm clock and wakes up around 7, takes a morning nap around 10 and an afternoon nap around 1. He loves his sleep just like his mama!

Carter loves to climb up slides........really up anything. He takes climbing as a challenge, but thankfully hasn't been climbing on anything inappropriate in the house...yet! Notice he goes up the slide (yes as a teacher this bugs me)

and then down the stairs!

Carter has beautiful eyelashes that match his hair color perfectly!

You really can't tell from this picture, but Carter has a great tan! He also has tan lines from his fat folds- on his neck and on his arms!

I love Carter's hair color. It has really lightened up this summer. Everywhere we go he gets compliments on his color!

Carter LOVES to hang upside down. We say that he is half bat!!

ffff- fish
dadoo- thank you
bir-bird

bath (always said in a whisper)

boo- as in peek a boo
baaaby- baby
boon- balloon
doe- don't- he shouts this to the dogs when they bark
duh- up
signs: more, bye, no, yes
When I say "hot" he blows. He even does this when he is by the grill because we tell him it's hot!
He can identify his: toe, hair, nose, eye and hair.

As I said he is learning so much each day, I can't wait to see what the next month has in store!
