We went to my little brother Colt's basketball championship basketball game on Saturday. Even though Colt's team lost, I was so proud of him. He is such an awesome basketball player. Check out his skills...he's number 41 (like Dirk). He's only in 5th grade an is 5'6...maybe he will turn out like Dirk. :) Carter watching "Dolt" play b-ball. < Carter hugging Coach Shawn's "baby" Isn't she beautiful? Carter and his hero, Colt!
so proud of colt! love that kid. my fave shot is of him totally jacking the ball from over the top of the shorter kid's outstretched arms. how awesome! i would love to come see him play sometime. he would probably gbe embarrassed. :)
Hi there! I am beginning my eleventh year of teaching this year and I am excited about starting it at Smith Elementary! I have experience teaching 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th gades as well as working as a Dyslexia teacher. I love teaching and desire my students to love to learn and to walk away from my room with great number sense!
When I'm not teaching I love spending time with my hudband of ten years, Kris and our two awesome kids, Carter who it 5 and Abby who turned one in April. I also have 2 fur baby beagles, Wrigley and Fenway. I love to take pictures, shop, be outside and am happiest when I am with my family and friends. It's going to be a great year!
My husband Kris and I met in college at The University of Texas and dated for 3 years before we were married on July 27, 2002. On May 3, 2007 we welcomed our precious baby boy Carter Jackson and on April 14, 2011 we welcomed Carter's little sister, Abigail Paige. Kris got his MBA at SMU and works as a project manager and I stay home with the kiddos living my dream. We have 2 beagles named Wrigley and Fenway and couldn't be happier with our little family. We hope you enjoy a peek into our day to day life!
